Dr. Rina Muller Rina is the founder of A Gift from above passionately fighting against men, women and child abuse. She is an avid pro-life anti - abortion activist. Rina works alongside mommies dealing with unwanted pregnancies giving them alternative options to abortion. She also manages project baby safe which provides the mommies for a safe option in the case of an unwanted pregnancy instead of baby dumping.
